The Naked 3 Palette...

The Urban Decay naked palettes something that’ll never get old within the beauty industry and something that I think every beauty obsessive should really have in their collection, well at least one of the three anyway! I was lucky enough for my nineteenth birthday this year that my best friend in the entire world got me the Urban Decay Naked 3 palette!!! Thank you Beth, #dreamteam!!! It’s one of those things that I said I would get then wouldn’t and I was always toying with getting this one and the original but c’mon rose gold packaging and rose gold toned shadows I’m pretty happy I got this one!! (Even though I do want the original but maybe I’ll purchase it later on in the year shhhh).

It honestly has some absolutely stunning shadow colours in it with my favourites being Liar, Trick and Factory!! You can create multiple eye looks with this and I can’t get over how beautiful it actually is. Anyway enough of me rambling on we all know the naked palettes are amazing, I just wanted to join the beauty blogger band wagon on blogging about my first urban decay naked palette experience haha!! Benefit's Bathina...

This was a gift from my brother to me at Christmas and one I was shocked that he’d actually got me something from Benefit; the boy doesn’t even know how good a present he had bought. But I think what was more shocking was that it was a Benefit product I’d never seen before.

It was Benefit’s Bathina body mist which came packaged in this gorgeous pink metallic bottle, it honestly looked stunning! As for the actual contents in the bottle it actually smells amazing, it’s a very clean and fresh scent but it has that girly feminine edge to it, it’s one of those perfect scents for during the day or even at night if you want something cleaner smelling. It’s a 50ml bottle so it’s a pretty generous size and I have to say I love it!

It reads on the bottle ‘’just confess you’re obsessed’’ and I can safely say that I am, my brother did pretty well this year for my gift and I really appreciate him actually having to go up to a Benefit counter to get it, bless him! So this scent is gorgeous if you need a new scent for the New Year then here it is! X

Urban Fudge Hair Care...

I’d never tried anything from Urban Fudge before, I’d always seen the bottles in the aisles of Boots but never bothered to actually try the stuff out even though I’d heard rave reviews about Urban Fudge products before. Again funny story as to the purchase of these after a works Christmas meal me and Beth (aka the best friend) decided to mosey on over to Boots before getting a cheeky glass of wine and heading home for the evening. I wasn’t planning on getting anything until realising I needed a new dry shampoo, and that’s when I found the urban fudge one.

Dry shampoo it’s fast become something of a standard thing for everybody to have. Some people love it some people hate it, I don’t mind it, dry shampoo always gives my hair a great refresh between washes and it also gives me insane volume when I need it! Now one thing about the urban fudge one that blows the batiste one out of the water is that it smells freaking amazing! The scent of crisp pear and sweet vanilla this dry shampoo will make your locks smell delicious! It has a very sweet scent and this does linger, just to let you know!

The other hair care product I picked up was hairspray as I’m slightly notorious for always forgetting to buy it; it’s just something that doesn’t really ever cross my mind. So I opted for picking up an urban fudge one as the dry shampoo smelt so damn good I was hoping the hairspray would as well. It also didn’t disappoint in the smell department smelling of iced raspberry and vanilla, I mean yes it has that hairspray smell to it still but it does smell great, if not slightly like raspberry sourz, if that’s your thing? This also does a great job of locking your hairstyle into place!

So I think I’m fast becoming an Urban Fudge hair care fan, the dry shampoo works wonders and smells amazing and the hairspray actually locks hairstyles into place without feeling crispy and it too smells amazing! I will certainly be picking up more products from this range in the future, have any of you tried Urban Fudge? X

Ghost Eclipse...

A scent that would be more associated with summer perhaps but I discovered it around October/November time and completely fell in love with it. It’s very different than what I’m use to which is anything that smells sickly sweet or overpowered with vanilla, as much as this one is quite fruity floral it definitely comes off with a more fruity scent and isn’t too sweet.

I’d never tried a Ghost fragrance up until now and with them being known for their iconic moon shaped bottles, I would now be more inclined to test out some of the other fragrances Ghost has to offer to see if I can find another scent gem among them. I would also say this fragrance has a slightly more mature smell to it out of all in my collection. It’s definitely a summer fragrance and although I’ve used quite a bit through winter I think I’ll be saving the rest for when summer rolls around.

Have any of you tried this scent, what do you think of it? X

Socialite...

The Barry M nail paint in the colour Socialite literally stopped me in my tracks when walking past it in Superdrug, why’s that? Well hello pink glitter in a bottle it might as well scream my name. Having not been that fussed for a while with Barry M I’d become a bit of a nail polish snob only wanting Essie and OPI but c’mon there are plenty of great Barry M colours out there, this one being one of them!!

So it came home with me and all I could hope was that how it looked in the bottle would translate once painted on the nails and the verdict is… it freaking did!!! This is honestly one of the best glitter polishes I’ve had in a while and the colour of it is just stunning, this pinky purply hue is perfect!! A tip though this definitely without a doubt needs a top coat so it can last a hell of a lot longer. Without a top coat results in chipping after like a day, which sucks!!

This colour is fantastic and I think I had my nails painted in this solidly for a fortnight because I loved it that much! My sister picked up the purply blue glitter shade called Fashion Icon and that one too is equally as nice. The glitter payoffs in these are great and if you are on the hunt for a great glitter polish then look no further than these Barry M glitterati polishes!! What’s your perfect glittery nail polish shade? X

Tommy Hilfiger Sunnies...

Just a short and sweet post about my Tommy Hilfiger sunglasses which I actually just adore!!! Having been on the hunt for the perfect sunglasses for what seems like forever I finally found some and that was in Specsavers. I was due for an eye test and whilst picking up some new frames for my everyday glasses I also spotted these Tommy Hilfiger sunglasses, I knew I had to have them and when Specsavers were doing their annual deal I snapped up these sunglasses for free, perfect!!

They are super comfy, look stunning and these tortoiseshell rims are just perfect. Brown lenses just add a softer touch and I couldn’t be happier with a pair of sunglasses, now to make sure I don’t lose them or break them! Hope you liked it and have any of you ever found the perfect pair of sunglasses? X

REN Skincare- The Great Makeup Remover?

So back at the end of 2014 I picked up my first REN skincare product, funny story as to the purchase of this particular skincare item. I was reading women’s health magazine at work (as you do) and it was giving you the rundown of the best makeup items and hair care items of 2014 and of course it gave you the rundown of the best skincare of 2014 hence why I may have bought this. It was dubbed the best cleanser of 2014 and I wasn’t denying that about it, as of course it’s REN they are renowned for amazing skin care. I was curious so before my lecture I was perusing Marks and Spencer’s to see if my REN cleanser would be there and it was but not only that it was on sale, bargain!

The REN hot cloth cleanser comes with a 150ml of product so not that bad and it also comes packaged with a little cloth, how cute?! It has a very light rose scent to it but this isn’t over powering at all. The way it recommends to use this is to apply a small amount to your dry face and massage in to remove makeup and decongest skin, and then all you have to do is rinse a cloth with some warm water and polish off the cleanser. Not a difficult task at all!

This does a remarkable job at removing makeup, even when you have cream shadow, pigments, eyeliner, mascara the whole thing it’ll remove everything no matter how stubborn it is. It leaves my skin feeling really refreshed and doesn’t make my skin feel dry or tight afterwards. I have to say this product is fantastic and I’ve even got the best friend hooked on the stuff that she wants to by a bottle herself!

To finish off my first experience with the brand REN was pretty damn good, I have to say I’m thoroughly pleased with it; the hot cloth cleanser gets the recommend from me. Knowing that I like this product I would love to try other skincare from the REN range like the glycolactic radiance renewal mask perhaps? Have any of you tried REN skincare, if so what did you think? X

The MAC Quad Complete!

Having received my MAC quad with patina in it for my 18th birthday by my beautiful best friend Beth (check out her blog even though we both kinda neglected them for months #busybees). It has taken me a year to finally fill it up, which is crazy considering it feels like years ago that I was actually given it (sobs as she realises she’s growing up!).

So obviously what you’re all here to find out which MAC shadows made the cut to be put in the coveted quad. Well the second shadow that made the quad was ‘Sable’ this is a gorgeous colour!!! Purchased in St Pancras MAC store on the best friends 18th as we were heading to London to see Wicked (side note best musical ever!!!), I could not leave the store without this shadow in my life hence it had to be bought.  I cannot tell you how freaking pretty this shade is and it graced my lids for well over a month straight #dedication, this shadow is prefect for sweeping all over the lid add some liner, lashings of mascara and voila you have a quick and easy eye look that will honestly take you from day to night. If you like over dramatic eyes, which I’m all for sporting during the day or at night, life’s a party right?

Now the third shadow was given to me at Christmas by my sister who bless her had to tackle the dreaded MAC counter, although she knew what shades I like (basically anything neutral, shimmery or a combination of both) she still thought it best to confer with, Beth the best friend. So my third shadow was ‘Woodwinked’ a gorgeous antiqued gold colour with a hint of bronzey tones, perfect for again sweeping all over the lid and with this shadow in particular once blended into the crease it almost darkens, it’s a lid and crease shade all in one shadow. Perfect for on the go or when doing makeup in a rush it’s full proof!!

Finally the last shadow that completes the quad was given to me by my sister and on my birthday so a whole year later the last shadow is placed in the quad and the one that completes it is ‘Satin Taupe’. Which is a dark taupey brown colour, it’s more cool tone in comparison to the rest in the quad but nice to have as a contrast and great for again all over the lid or as a crease shade too it would be perfect.

MAC quad is complete and it’s all neutral colours but I love each and every one that’s in this quad and I know all will get good use out of them all. I’m a lover of mac shadow the colour payoff is great and the shade selection is extensive, I’d be lying if I said I didn’t want more, but maybe this time I upgrade to a 15 pan palette you know just in case!! Big love to Beth and Becca for pretty much buying most of this, you are both too kind!!

What would make the cut in your MAC quads? X

So Ciate...

Yes I know it’s been a while, like a whole 4 months of me being away from blogging. The end of 2014 was slightly crazy, what with me working, starting university as well as the work that comes with that and of course the festive season rolling around so soon; blogging got put on the back burner a bit, so I’m sorry!

So I thought why not end 2014 with a roundup of all the ciatè nail polishes I collected from my advent calendar this year. I have to say first of all opening up an advent calendar full of nail polish for 24 days was just amazing, I was so gutted when it all ended! Although now I have quite the collection of nail polish that I don’t think I’ll need any more anytime soon.

The calendar itself contained 24 polishes, one was full sized and the rest were miniature. The full sized one was well just gorgeous, hello pink glitter that suits me to a tea! Plus I’d actually said this calendar was missing a pink glitter so my beauty prayer was answered on day 24. As for what else was in the calendar a base coat and top coat, standard, 2 sets of caviar beads (both in very pretty colours!), some sequins and a pot of red glitter very festive! Then of course there were 17 other bottles of nail polish in a multitude of colours.

Now don’t get me wrong this advent is amazing however some of the colours in this calendar are very similar, well they have slight variations but there really isn’t any need for both to be there. For my liking there were too many red/orange tones and too many silver glitters. The ones I feel I don’t need in my collection I’ll give to my sister another fellow nail polish lover!

Ciatè nail polish advent calendars I have to say I was impressed it’s given me a chance to try caviar nails and try adding glitter to my manicures and I have been super impressed with the formula of the polish and the brush that comes with them is very good! All in all nail polish lovers will adore this advent and I have to say if ciatè bring out another one next year I will certainly be picking it up!

So once again sorry for the absence here on the blog, I will try a bit harder in 2015 to make sure I’m uploading content to me blog, hope you enjoyed this post, and Happy New Year’s Eve everyone! X

L’Oreal Glam Shine Stain Splash in Romy

Now I meant to write up a post about this lip product ages ago but got side tracked with other posts that I wanted up, but it’s better late than never, well that’s how the saying goes anyway…

So these L’Oreal stains have been hailed as the dupes for the YSL glossy stains, or so I’ve heard I’ve never actually tried the YSL offering but I guess I'll believe the other beauty bloggers.

The packaging for these really is lovely and I think looks more expensive than it actually is, even with its £7.99 price tag.

Formulation wise, it’s first very cooling on the lips when you first apply it, after layering up this product you are then left with this super gorgeous stain on the lips along with the glossy finish. It also stays put for hours and that’s including it staying put whilst eating and drinking, and I have put that to the test a few times and it has passed each time with flying colours. The gloss itself has this berry scent to it which I personally love! The only issue sometimes is that it can take a few coats before becoming completely opaque on the lips which can be annoying if in a rush!

Another downside to the product has to be the shade range, whilst it has some nice shades some of the others are quite odd, let’s say it really isn’t the best shade selection I’ve seen. The only two that I actually liked from the collection were Romy and Juliet.

Overall this product didn’t disappoint and the shade Romy is a gorgeous pink colour that I feel really suits my skin tone and I will definitely have to use this a lot more throughout the summer! Have any of you tried these stains, what did you think of them? Hope you enjoyed this and I hope you have a lovely weekend! X

Most Loved: Benefit Cosmetics

I thought I would dedicate a post all about my love for Benefit Cosmetics, as they are one of my favourite makeup brands and I can’t help but be drawn in by their products and cutesy packaging. So here are a few of my favourites from the brand.

They’re Real Mascara- Oh this is such a shock, nah just kidding!! I freaking love this mascara and it is by far my favourite mascara of all time!! It just lengthens my lashes, makes them look fuller and overall just makes my lashes look amazing, I highly recommend this mascara and it’s definitely the perfect product to pick from Benefit if you have never tried anything from Benefit before. It’s highly raved about and for good reason, if you want to know what all the hype is just go and try it!!

Dandelion Lip Gloss- The accompaniment to the Dandelion boxed blush, this lip gloss was the one I wore to Prom over posie tint lip stain (another favourite). This gloss is a lovely baby pink colour with shimmer running through it. It’s great for everyday wear and isn’t overly sticky. Oh and I forgot to mention that it smells like cupcakes, amazing!!

Kiss me I’m tipsy eyeshadow- This is probably the perfect crease shade for me and my favourite eyeshadow from my Benefit neutral eyeshadow kit, review here. It’s a dark chocolate colour that is just great for blending in the crease to smoke everything out. The shadows are buttery and lovely, plus isn’t the name just adorable?!

Creaseless Cream Shadow in Birthday Suit- I love the Benefit creaseless cream shadows and they live up to their name, well on me anyway they do not crease!! I love this shade it’s described as a brushed chrome colour and that suits it, it’s great for putting all over the lid on more natural days and it’s also a great base for layering eye shadows over it!

So that’s a little round up of some of my favourite products from Benefit, there are so many but these are definitely top of the list for me. What are your favourite Benefit products? Hope you enjoyed this and I hope you have a lovely weekend! X

Take Me To Fiji...

This is a short and sweet post about my favourite Essie shade Fiji. It’s a beautiful light baby pink almost white colour. This is by far my favourite Essie shade, it’s great to wear all year round and I know I’ll get a lot of wear out of it this summer. If you haven’t got this Essie shade in your collection, then I highly recommend you get it, it’s a gorgeous girly colour, and it’s just perfect. Enough said it’s clear I love this polish and I can’t recommend it enough!!

What's your favourite summer nail polish?

Social Media Beauty Product Tag...

So again another tag is coming your way in the form of the social media makeup tag, which I got tagged to do by my best friend Beth, so thanks Beth!! Basically there is a list of social media sites and with each site is a question and you answer with a beauty product. I hope that makes sense if not continue reading and you should get the jist of it.

Twitter- Your smallest Product
For this one I chose my Harajuku Lovers Perfumes, I’ve had 3 in my collection and I love them all the only thing is they only have 10ml of product which really isn’t that much. So the award for the smallest product that can be used up so quickly would have to go to these perfumes.

Facebook- A product that everyone pressured you into buying

Hmmm this was a difficult one as usually I’m the one that pressures people into buying products that I adore, sales woman of the year!! However one product that I think mainly a lot of YouTuber’s, Bloggers and friends made me kind of buy was the collection concealer, having not tried it until this year (yeah a little late on the bandwagon). So is suppose this is one product in my collection that I kind of felt pressured to buy and try.

Tumblr- A product you used before it was cool
I remember ages ago picking up the Revlon just bitten kissable balm stains, probably around 2 years ago maybe? I didn’t pick a colour that was really suitable for everyday and it doesn’t exactly suit me, it’s a kind of orchid colour, you know the colour that everyone was flaunting at the start of the year. Then of course Revlon launched their new matte and lacquer balms and there is a lot of hype surrounding them, so I guess this is one that I believe I used before it was cool.

Instagram- A product so pretty you had to Instagram it

My Deborah Lippmann nail polish in glamorous, review here, it’s the most gorgeous rose gold colour that I absolutely adore, so pretty and definitely worth instagramming. (I'm saying this as my answer and I haven’t actually instagrammed it yet, whoops!!)

MySpace- A product you’re not so sure you like or not

Now this is going to be controversial as I’m not so sure I like the body shop body butters, having tried a couple I just find that sometimes the consistency of them is off. Plus they take forever to absorb into the skin!! I don’t know if it’s just me I’ll finish them off but as for repurchasing I’ve found other body lotions and butters that work a lot better for my skin.

Goodreads- A product you would recommend to everyone
Okay this is an easy one and one that I totally agree with Beth on is the They’re Real mascara I cannot stress how much I adore this mascara, it’s freaking amazing and makes my lashes look freaking amazing as well!! If anyone asked me, what should I buy from Benefit? My first answer the They’re Real mascara!!

Bebo- A product in your collection that is so old but you don’t know why you haven’t got rid of it yet

This question made me laugh as I knew straight away which product it was, it’s my lip smacker (does anyone remember these?) in sugar crystals. Now this I have had for years and it was right at the bottom of my DKNY bag. I have no clue as to why I have this still but it still smells of sugary goodness I guess I’m just sentimental about it, oh goodness beauty blogger problems!

Bloglovin- Something a fellow beauty blogger made you buy
This one would go to the L’Oreal glam shine stain splash gloss, and it was Fleur from Fleur de Force that made me pick up the shade Romy after reading her blog post and watching a YouTube video of hers with these products in, I knew I had to have one. So I blame Fleur for making me pick up the shade Romy which by the way I love and a post about it will be up soon!!

So that's it for the tag I really enjoyed answering these questions, again thank you Beth for tagging me! I'm going to tag Brittany from As Seen By Bea to do this tag next plus anyone else that would love to do it! A sneaky little extra post this week and I hope you all enjoyed it!! X

L'Oreal Heat Protection Spray Review

The L'Oreal Line Studio Hot & Smooth Hot straight spray, now that really was a mouthful, basically in short terms it’s a new L'Oreal heat protectant for straightening your hair. Now normally I wouldn't stray away from my beloved heat protectant from Lee Stafford but I kind of wanted to try something new and this is the one I chose to trial.

So I've put this to the test for a few weeks and my overall view is that I do like it, plus it also smells amazing!! It does claim to give you up to 3 days polished sleek style, which I disagree with unfortunately it’s alright by day 2 however my hair isn't still straight and polished looking with the ends of my hair tending to curl and lose its straightness. Then again when do any miracle claims actually work, eh? It does protect my hair that is as much and protects up to 230 degrees which is good! I use this after I've towel dried my hair just before I blow dry it as well as after before I then straighten my hair and I think it does a good job. Is it as good as my Lee Stafford one, maybe, but if someone asked me which one out of the two Lee Stafford would probably take the cake!

L’Oreal’s heat protectant gets a thumbs up from me and I am glad that I tried something new! Have any of you tried this product, what do you think of it? Hope you enjoyed reading this and I hope you have a lovely rest of the week! X

The Emoji Movie Tag...

So I got tagged to do this by my best friend Beth, it looks like a lot of fun and well I use emoji’s a lot so why not do this tag?! The whole idea is that you look at your top 5 most used emojis and then pair that emoji with a film that relates to it, I hope that makes sense, anyway let’s get on with it!!

The sassy girl emoji, one I use frequently I guess I sometimes say some sassy stuff :P The film that I would put with this emoji has to be The Devil Wears Prada, c’mon how sassy is Miranda Priestly?! Also I think I kind of have to add in Iron Man as well, c’mon those sarcastic sassy comments from Tony Stark, they make me laugh so much!!!
Brandit: Is that all you've got? A cheap trick and a cheesy one-liner?
Tony Stark: Sweetheart that could be the name of my autobiography.

The laughing crying emoji the most used emoji by far, although putting just one film to this one would be too
difficult so I have multiple films that have made me hysterically laugh!! So the films I would associate with this emoji are Due Date, The Internship, Jackass, This is the End. Plus there are probably loads of other films that have made me laugh these are just some of the ones that I can remember!

The crying face emoji, usually one that I use when something is really sad, that’s usually when my favourite character dies or something tragic happens, you know what I mean? So the film that goes with this one has to be Safe Haven, I have never cried so much after a film before until I watched this one. Then again I’ve cried at most films based on Nicholas Sparks books!!!

The heart eyed emoji used for letting someone know that a guy is hot, well usually!! With so many hot actors
though which film did I pick? It has to be This Means War, love that film and could probably quote most of it, plus Tom Hardy and Chris Pine look sooo hot in it!!! Also I have to add Channing Tatum and Zac Efron, oh there are so many films that would fit in this category!!

Now for some reason I use this emoji a lot, I guess I have an obsession with stars? So the first film that came to mind was Stardust, I love this film and I’ve probably watched it way too much!! Other films that come to mind anything from Disney, Beauty and the Beast, Peter Pan, Sleeping Beauty c’mon I have to add in some Disney films to this tag, who doesn’t like Disney?!

Anyway that is it for this tag, thanks Beth again for tagging me to do this, it was a lot of fun and something different from my usual blogging of beauty and fashion. Also I tag Jackie to do this tag!  Hope you all enjoyed this and I hope you all have a lovely weekend!! X

Good ol Clean and Clear

So at the start of the year I decided to change up my entire skin care routine and I am so glad that I did. I ended up purchasing the Clean and Clear exfoliating daily wash, little did I know back then that I would already have gone through 2 bottles of the stuff and purchased 3 more as backups!! I can say that this is definitely responsible for clearing up a lot of the blemishes on my face, especially those that were on my cheeks and forehead, so thank you Clean and Clear!! Also a little note my skin is very much dry to normal
J

This face wash I use morning and night and the reason I probably love it so much is that a. It has actually cleared up my skin and b. it’s oil free and has small exfoliating beads in it that aren't overly abrasive, my skin definitely feels cleaner and more refreshed after using this. It also doesn't have an over powering smell which I know can be off putting for some people especially in skin care products.

The Clean and Clear exfoliating daily wash gets a thumbs up from me, have any of you tried this product? Let me know what you think of it and I hope you all have a lovely rest of the week! X

The Battle with Split Ends

Sorry for the lack of posting even though I did say I would resume with my normal schedule, but after my exams I feel as much as the stress of that is over with, I haven’t stopped I’m just way too busy. Which means putting blogging in the back of my mind, but don’t worry I’m trying and hopefully you all enjoy my future posts.

Enough with the rambling though this post today is all about battling split ends. Now as someone who does tend to heat style quite often it’s inevitable you will damage your hair. I am trying to not heat style every day to give my hair a break but you know split ends and damaged hair is not a good look!!

So to combat this I picked up the Tresemme Keratin Smooth, deep treatment masque. Of course it has some ridiculous claims that you don’t know whether to believe or not but I can say that I have seen a difference in my hair after using this twice a week for about 5 weeks. I love the smell of this as well and the masque itself is very much thick in consistency, I tend to take a golf ball sized amount and apply to the ends of my wet hair and then brush it through and leave for about 3-5 minutes and then wash it out. My hair feels smoother, looks straighter and the split ends are diminishing and don’t look so noticeable, yay!! I love the Tresemme conditioners and hair masques and I’ve never come across one yet that I haven’t liked, so far so good!!

Have any of you tried this out? This is something that is working for me and I love it! I hope you all have a lovely rest of the week! X

The Weekend Want List #2

So I did a weekend want list a while ago and thought what better way to come back from my break from blogging than to share with you some things that I kind of want. I’m sorry this has gone up today I know I said I’d resume blogging from yesterday, I was a little busy, so let’s get into the products shall we?

So I’d heard a few things about this perfume from various YouTuber’s such as Fleur and Amelia and thought I need to smell this fragrance and see what the hype is surrounding it. I completely understand now and this is definitely a perfume I would like added to my collection. It wears beautifully throughout the day and is unlike anything I have in my perfume collection.

I’ve never tried anything Charlotte Tilbury before and I think when I make my trip to London in a few months’ time, this may be on my to be purchased list. First of all I love all the shades in the palette it’s perfect for me, plus look at the packaging it’s gorgeous. This is something that I need in my eyeshadow collection, even though the price is slightly ridiculous.

Again another eyeshadow product from Charlotte Tilbury I guess I’m just interested in seeing how good her products are, but this time instead of powder shadows it’s an eyeshadow pencil. It’s not normally in a colour I would go for but it looks gorgeous, there is also a few other colours I like too, I think I may end up going overboard buying Charlotte Tilbury makeup :P

Recently Topshop has been coming out with some really nice playsuits and jumpsuits and this one has caught my eye, I have actually tried it on in store but wasn’t sure, however thinking about it now I think I need it, it’s such a classic and can be dressed up or down depending on the occasion!!

Now I’ve never been too sure about the BB cream hype, as I don’t normally wear foundation and I think I would much prefer to use a BB cream anyway, so when I heard the body shop were bringing out a tea tree BB cream I was intrigued. Tea tree works wonders on my skin, so maybe I should give this a try, who knows it may in fact work!!

Now these shoes wow, how beautiful are they?! I saw them in store and they are just really nice shoes that could go with a range of outfits. My only hesitation these shoes could potentially destroy my feet but hey if that’s the price I have to pay, then I’ll be quite happy even though I’ll be wearing flats for a few days after :P

Now I need a new pair of sunglasses and this may be the pair that I buy, I love aviators I feel they just suit me and my face shape more, and I have tried a pair of these on in store and I liked them so on my next shopping trip these need to be purchased!!

This Essie colour screams summer, and well it is part of the summer collection for 2014, it’s described as a hot guava colour and I would agree, I love pink polish so it’s no surprise that this one stands out for me in this collection!!

So that is it my little product round up of my weekend want list. It’s good to be blogging again and I’ll be on my normal schedule of posting Wednesday and Saturday. Hope you all enjoyed this and I hope you are all having a lovely weekend!! x

I'll be right back...

It's that time in the year where my a level exams are coming around, and this means that I'm going to have to take a little break from blogging, so I can focus on these exams. But fear not I'll be back on my normal schedule of posting Wednesday and Saturday resuming on the 21st of June, so watch this space! I also want to say good luck to any of you taking exams and I'll be back soon! :D

The Disney Tag!

This is something a little bit different from beauty and fashion, but shows my love for Disney! I saw this tag on Blog of Shadows and couldn’t resist doing it!

1)      A scene in any Disney movie you wish you could experience?

It has got to be in Beauty and the Beast when they sing be our guest, who wouldn’t want popping champagne and dancing dishes right in front of them performing for you?! That is probably one of my favourite scenes also in Frozen when Elsa is building her ice palace I would love to do that! The cold never bothered me anyway…haha!

2)      An unforgettable experience/moment you’ve had at the parks?

There are 3 that I can recall I was about 8 years old and I remember running up to the castle and I couldn't stop smiling the whole day, dream come true! Also when Aurora waved at me during the princess parade, and when I got Minnie Mouse’s autograph, that was pretty cool!

3)      What Disney song reminds you or brings back memories of Disney and/or the Parks?

Oh I’m not sure about this one but, Aladdin’s a whole new world?

4)      When was the first time you went to a Disney Park?

All the way back in 2004, with my dad, gran, sister, brother and family friends Neil, Julie, Scott and Kelly! :D

5)      If you could choose any of the characters to be your best friend, who would it be?

It’s got to be Elsa from Frozen duh! Who wouldn’t want a best friend who could make an ice palace and we could sing Let it Go? Plus Olaf could hang out with us too :P

6)      Who are your favourite Disney Princesses?

Eeek hard question as I like quite a few of the Disney princesses, Aurora will always be my favourite though as I used to love sleeping beauty when I was little and she wore a pink dress (FYI my favourite colour is pink, always has been always will be!) I do like Belle and Cinderella though!

7)      Name a scene/moment in a Disney movie that never fails to make you cry?

It’s got to be when Mufasa dies in Lion King

8)      What is the first Disney movie you remember seeing?

The Little Mermaid, oh and Peter Pan.

9)      What is your favourite Disney movie?

I have a few favourite Disney movies, Beauty and the Beast is probably my favourite, along with Tangled, Frozen and Peter Pan!

Well this was a fun little tag to do and something a little different for my blog. I also tag anyone that wants to do this tag! Hope you enjoyed this and have a great bank holiday weekend! X
